My Sweet Julie

Fit Minds is impacting so many more seniors and families now that I no longer have the personal capacity to coach. But one of my first clients passed last month. I, like all our coaches, grow so close to the clients and families of those we coach. I spent four hours with Julie while she was in hospice on New Year’s Day. She told me she loved me. I told her I loved her. We kissed goodbye. I visited her two more days but she was unresponsive. I cried like a baby when she passed. She died two days after Mom died last year.

Our coaches become another meaningful relationship for our Personal Trainer for the Mind clients while their children are busy raising their own families or in the case of spouses, still trying to maintain a quality of life for themselves.  

My mom loved her coaches and it was such a relief to me to know that eskişehir escort two other women were stimulating Mom’s mind while also making meaningful relationships with her. Other family members tell us the same thing. They admit they are doing their best but knowing they can count on other educated, professionals to intellectually engage with their loved ones matters!
